When you complete a Results Unlimited form, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, preferred contact method, program interest, goals and the information you choose to include in your message.

We do not collect payment-card information through this website. If payment options are added, payment information will be handled by the identified payment provider under its own privacy practices.

We use submitted information to respond to your request, recommend an appropriate next step, manage follow-up, provide requested services, maintain business records and protect the website from misuse.

Submitting a coaching inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing email. Marketing messages, if offered, will use a separate consent process with an unsubscribe option.

We use service providers for website hosting, secure record storage and transactional email delivery. These providers receive only the information needed to perform those services. We do not sell or rent inquiry information.

We keep inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, service delivery, legal obligations and ordinary business records. You may ask us to correct or delete information, subject to records we are required or reasonably need to retain.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers, medical records or emergency information through the inquiry form.
